and utilizes quick-dry foam for the interior padding to prevent moisture retention.
Furthermore, the metal components are made of aluminum, which is significantly more rust-resistant than the steel or stainless steel used in indoor furniture.
These materials are durable enough to be used even when exposed to rain, wind, strong sunlight, and dust,
and because they are treated with a water-repellent finish,
you can generally leave them outdoors in any environment.

Garden furniture features water-repellent upholstery and a more durable frame than standard indoor furniture, so we also recommend it for restaurants and homes with pets.

As a rule, these are made-to-order items and are scheduled to be delivered within approximately 30 to 60 days after the order is placed.
We can also adjust the production schedule to meet your requested delivery date. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in any of our products.

We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery covering damage under normal range of use, regardless of whether for home or commercial use.
Damage caused by human error, wear and tear from use, or aging are not covered by the free warranty, but can be addressed separately for a fee.
Please note that all removable parts, such as covers, seat inserts, and tabletops, can be purchased or replaced individually if they become worn or aged.

Since size measurement and manufacturing are performed by hand, slight variations may occur.
Please note that for our products, excluding sofas, size discrepancies within +/- 2-3 mm, and for large items such as sofas, within +/- 10 mm, are considered within our tolerance standards.

We accept credit card payments, bank transfers, and Amazon Pay.

You may specify a delivery date on or after the earliest available delivery date we provide.
Please note that for large items, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times.

As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. (Full-scale production typically begins approximately one week after the order is placed.)
Cancellations made prior to the start of production will be accepted free of charge.
If you find it necessary to cancel after production has commenced, a cancellation fee of 30% of the product price will be incurred.
Please also be aware that for cancellations made after shipment, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (at actual expense).

In the event of a clear product defect or damage during shipping, we will accept exchanges or repairs at our own expense if reported within 7 days of the product's arrival.
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the product for any damage or initial defects.
