As a general rule, items are made to order and are expected to be delivered within 30 to 60 days after the order is placed.
We can adjust the production schedule to meet your desired delivery date. Please feel free to consult with us if there are any products you are interested in.

We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery covering damage resulting from normal use, whether for residential or commercial purposes.
Damage caused by human error, wear and tear from use, or aging is excluded from the free warranty coverage and will be handled separately as a paid service.
Furthermore, all removable parts, including covers, seat inserts, and tabletops, which may be subject to wear and tear or aging, are available for individual replacement or purchase.

Please note that slight variations may occur as our products are measured and manufactured by hand.
We consider size differences within ±2-3mm for products other than sofas, and within ±10mm for large sofas, to be within our acceptable range.

You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or Amazon Pay.

You may specify a delivery date on or after the earliest possible delivery date we provide.
Please note that we are unable to accept time-of-day delivery requests for large items.

As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted after production has begun. (Full-scale production typically begins approximately one week after the order is placed.)
Cancellations made before production begins are free of charge.
If you find it necessary to cancel after production has started, a cancellation fee of 30% of the product price will be charged.
Please also note in advance that for cancellations made after shipment, you will be responsible for the actual round-trip shipping costs.

In the event of a clear product defect or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for an exchange or repair, provided the request is made within 7 days of the product's arrival.
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it to ensure there is no damage or initial defects.
